The short version: this website has no advertising trackers, no analytics, and sets no cookies. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us — and it goes directly and privately to Susan.
To respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and provide services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own purposes — ever.
This website is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. Information about a student should be shared with us by their parent or legal guardian.
Like nearly every website, ours relies on infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: the site and its email are delivered through Cloudflare, email is received in a Google mailbox, and fonts load from Google Fonts. These providers act as processors of the data in transit and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations.
Inquiry emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence. You may ask us at any time to delete your inquiry information, correct it, or tell you what we have — just email susan@hilleducationservices.com. Information about enrolled students is handled under the confidentiality commitments in our signed consent documents.
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. Please don't include sensitive medical or psychological details in the contact form — the consultation is the right place for those conversations.
